classic design historic elevator helpful staff
the interior had a beautiful classic design, specially the lobby. the hotel room included access to the historic elevator upon request. i found the staff were helpful and available .
the gym area did not have enough towels after my morning workout.

historic hotel, some hiccups
the location worked fine for getting around. staff at breakfast seemed nice enough.
the bar service felt slow. i waited about 25 minutes just for someone to even notice i existed. it's like i was invisible or something.

The hotel features a functional gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruit and local cheeses. I appreciated the complimentary access to the historical museum within the hotel, showcasing artifacts and documents.
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

The breakfast buffet provides many choices. It includes smoked salmon and fresh pastries. The Agatha Restaurant has an extensive wine list. Room service delivered promptly, and the menu offered both local and international cuisine.

The concierge arranged private transportation to local attractions. Housekeeping provides daily turndown service with bottled water. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in and check-out, answering all questions clearly and immediately.

cooked omelettes ataturk museum friendly staff
the breakfast offered many choices and omelettes were cooked to order. i visited the room of ataturk, it is preserved as a museum. the staff was friendly and helpful .

Classic Elegance Enhanced Stay

I appreciated the hotel's historical significance. The classic interior design of the rooms, lobby and lounge was good. Free access to the Atatürk Museum Room was a special benefit for hotel guests. We were able to use the first electrical elevator in the country upon request, and this was a pleasure.
The room was smaller than I expected and there were coffee stains under the espresso machine upon arrival.

The hotel is near popular spots. Taksim Square and Galata Bridge are about 20 minutes away on foot. There are many restaurants and street bars nearby. It feels safe to walk around at night.

The room was lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the room to be well maintained .
